Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Life XS mobile application (the "Service") operated by Life XS ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, then You may not access the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Application refers to Life XS, the secure vault mobile application
• Company refers to Life XS
• Service refers to the Application
• User / You means the individual accessing or using the Service
• Account means a registered profile created to use the Service
• Vault Data means any personal or sensitive information stored by the User
• Nominee means the person assigned by the User to access data under defined conditions

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

User Account

To access the Service, You may be required to create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Use of Service

Life XS provides a secure platform for storing personal and sensitive data in an encrypted vault.

• All Vault Data is stored securely using encryption
• The Company does not access or view your encrypted data
• You are solely responsible for the data you store

Nominee Access

• Users can assign a nominee within the application
• Nominee access is granted only under predefined conditions set by the User
• Life XS does not manually grant or override access permissions
• The Company is not responsible for disputes between Users and Nominees

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Regularly update nominee details
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with the application’s functionality
• Upload harmful, malicious, or illegal content

Data Security Disclaimer

While we use advanced security measures including encryption, You acknowledge that:

• No system is completely secure
• You are responsible for safeguarding your device and credentials

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and branding, is the exclusive property of Life XS and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life XS shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data due to user negligence
• Unauthorized access due to compromised credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted in the Application.
